Bringing your attention inwards. As best as you can acknowledging any thoughts and emotions that are present. Consciously, Taking in a deep full breath.
Turning your attention to the sense of touch. Feeling the shape and texture while you gently move the pendant between your fingers. Gently touching all sides of the pendant. Noticing if there are sharp or smooth places. Is there a sense of coolness or warmth?
Becoming aware of the sensation of metal on your skin.
Now bringing all your attention to the sensation of smell becoming aware of whether you can sense a fragrance.
Breathing in and paying full attention to inhaling and the qualities of the fragrance? Is it Strong or mild? Is it fresh or floral ? Bring your curiosity to the exploration…
And when you're ready, moving your attention to the sensations in your body. Closing your eyes for a moment and acknowledging all that is here.
