KALMA OBJECT is designed to arouse your curiosity. Black handmade clay sphere, which levitates inside of a light silver structure, works as a aroma diffuser. All positioned inside a rectangular frame, two intersecting circles embrace a dark clay sphere which represents the focal point. It is a play of light and heavy, round and angular, shiny and matte, bright and dark, still and moving - all to attract your attention, offer interaction and help to focus.
Kalma Object is designed to help you stabilise when you find yourself overwhelmed by stress or anxiety. This mini mindfulness practice gives you an opportunity to bring a pause into your day and a moment of mindfulness to ground yourself in the present moment for greater balance and a calm mind. It allows you to clearly see what is arising from moment to moment when you feel under pressure, burned out or anxious.
This Object can function as a reminder to stop and take a pause when your stress reactivity threatens to spiral out of control and to acknowledge the present moment.
Each piece of jewellery comes with a specially designed guided audio mindfulness meditation, which will teach you how to use the piece in order to find your own calm.

As the structure is relatively thin and silver is known as soft metal, jewellery is quite delicate. Always remove it while sleeping, washing and working. Note that non of our jewellery is plated, therefore it will become slightly darker throughout the time, this is due to a natural process of silver oxidation.
